Hatha yoga is a holistic path of wellness that includes various poses which are held for 4 - 6 breaths. It also includes the use of mudras (hand gestures), breath-work and restful meditation. Great for beginners, Hatha is a good way to become familiar with yoga asanas and techniques.

Gentle Hatha Yoga

A less intense version of the hatha yoga practice, gentle hatha yoga is ideal for beginners, or people who may be rehabilitating after injury as well as pregnant women, seniors or anyone who is feeling out of shape. You will experience immediate results in this very accessible practice.

Vinyasa Yoga

In Vinyasa yoga, you will find yourself fluidly moving from one pose to next while syncing your inhales and exhales with each movement. Students should have a basic understanding of yoga postures before participating. These classes are varied, unpredictable and always inspiring.

Hot power vinyasa Yoga

Similar to vinyasa yoga, hot power vinyasa yoga heats things up, not only in it's intensity, but as well as adding 90+ degrees of heat to the room, making it an exceptionally revitalizing and detoxifying practice. Prepare to dig deep as you'll develop greater strength, flexibility, balance, cardio, physical and mental stamina.

Yin Yoga

Suitable for learners of all levels, Yin yoga is a slow-paced, introspective practice in which you hold the poses for five minutes at a time. This style specifically targets the connective tissues in the body (tendons, ligaments and fascia) with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Yin Yang Yoga

The perfect blend of opposite styles, this class offers you an accessible vinyasa flow yoga followed by a slow and soothing yin yoga practice. Leave feeling refreshed, balanced, harmonized and whole. This is a 1.5 hour practice.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative Yoga is a deeply restful practice in which your body is fully supported by bolsters, blankets, straps, and/or blocks, allowing you to remain in these postures for an extended period of time.
