| Kathy specializes in training yoga students to take their yoga
practice off of the mat. She entertains you and nurtures you as
you begin your journey from contemporary chaos to exploring a mindful
lifestyle that will include yoga practice. Her personal life practice
includes daily practice of Hatha or Ashtanga yoga, raw foods advocacy,
sustainability education, and refining the power of intention. Kathy
uses uplifting music, massage, hands-on adjustments, and mental
imagery to help her students advance their practice. She has over
11 years of teaching experience and is registered with Yoga Alliance.
