of Yoga techniques. We are particular about our instructors' credentials
and professional experience in order to provide the highest quality
of service to our clients. Our instructors require one or more of
the following:

200 hour Yoga Certification and Training

Other certification with more than 5 years of experience

Thorough record of continuing education in Yoga or Pilates
-
Completion of training and study in a Yoga specialty

Long term study and teaching under the guidance of a Yoga Master
