Reiki Chakra Balancing

Laura Hulke

Taking her first step into a yogic path in 1994 in New York City, Laura Hulke intertwines the power of yoga, meditation, essential oils and energy work to help people transform themselves to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.

A healing practice originating from Japan, Reiki reduces stress and promotes relaxation.  This simple and natural method treats the whole person and is based on the idea that there is a universal energy that supports the body's innate healing ability.  Practitioners seek to access this energy, allowing it to flow to the body and facilitate healing.
