Ashtanga Yoga: A dynamic, flowing style of yoga with consistency of postures and sequencing, practiced in a heated room to facilitate deep release of muscles and mind.

Hatha Yoga: Gentle yet challenging postures encourage stronger muscles and bones, while simple relaxation techniques release tension from the mind and body.

Meditation: Meditation has been used for hundreds of years as a vehicle for calming the soul, finding guidance, and restoring inner peace. Classes feature a guided meditation practice for all levels.

Qi Gong: Sometimes called “Chinese Yoga”, Qi Gong can be an amazing source for revitalization, mental clarity and inner peace. Learn gentle, slow, and even movements that can increase your mobility, flexibility, and strength.

Restorative Yoga: A deeply restful practice. Enjoy gentle postures in which the body is full supported by bolsters, blankets, straps, and/or blocks, providing the opportunity for muscles and mind to melt and let go into gravity.

Senior/Chair Yoga: A gentle class that presents yoga poses that are practiced while seated in a chair or using various props for modification. Open to anyone seeking a gentle class, not just for seniors!

Vinyasa Flow/Hot Vinyasa*: Flow from pose to pose with the breath, building internal heat. This practice focuses on unique, creative sequences using classical yoga poses.
*Hot Vinyasa - flow yoga in a heated room.

Yin Yoga: A quiet practice consisting primarily of floor-based postures held for three to five minutes while relaxing the muscles. Yin Yoga targets the body's connective tissue, addressing the mobility and health of our joints in the hips, pelvis, and spine, releasing resistance while activating the flow of prana through the core of the body. You are guided through this relaxing practice focusing on your breath.
Yin Yoga is especially beneficial for those with insomnia, fatigue, or an over-stimulated nervous system. It is also "cross-training" for more active yoga practices such as vinyasa, power yoga, hot yoga and even Hatha yoga. Students who also maintain an active lifestyle (runners, cyclists, golfers) will derive many benefits from the targeted work on the hips and spine.

The Yin Yoga practice is accessible to all, even complete beginners, and each pose may be modified to adapt to the student's unique circumstances.

Yoga Ed: A unique experience to deepen your practice, exploring yoga as a way of Life through yoga's eight limbs. Class format varies, lecture or lecture with some practice. See schedule of topics on our daily class schedule.
